Watchlists

A watchlist is a list of open issues or ongoing activities that need periodic review. These aren’t iteration stories or tasks - those tend to be completed in a discrete iteration (or a few iterations).

Watchlist items can be tracked for weeks or months. They’re open and require current consideration - there’s no backlog of yet-to-be-started watchlist items. They can and should be prioritized.

If North Stars are strategic considerations, watchlists are tactical.
